great group of people to do business with
Absolutely horrible. No support for products they sell, girl who answers phone is inept and ignorant. Sales reps are even worse. This company will happily take your money then leave you in the dust. Would NOT recommend!!
Purchase these blinds online had them installed by a professional installer and about 6 weeks later had issues with the blinds. The bottom rail cordless lift system stopped working. They sent the rep out he didn't even know how to take the blind out of the brackets. He descended the installer so terribly I contacted the installer and advised him to get an attorney period that installer removed the blind in about 10 seconds so the company representative could come and replace it and bring a new one.
