Finally found a dentist who knows how to make a beautiful and normal looking pair of dentures. The process from start to finish, was exactly as promised. The front office staff is friendly and professional. I just have to mention Vicki, the dental hygienist who cleans your teeth, WOW, after 60 years of getting dental cleanings twice a year, this was by far, the most gentle cleaning I have ever had! The whole staff is wonderful. Thank You for making my beautiful and great fitting upper denture! Feels good to smile again!
Staff and Dr. Jim are the best. I have been a patient for several years now. This is a place where old valued traditions are coupled with modern technology. Dr. Jim and staff take the time to get to know you. They create a care plan that meets your personal needs. It is rare to see a business treat their customers like old friends. It is a great feeling knowing you aren’t “just” another patient. Simply put, this is the best place in town for dentistry services.
Dr Lalonde and his staff are always so kind and professional. I never have any pain while being in the chair. They are up front about the cost of any work we plan to do.
Dr. Lalonde is very thorough, competent, and professional. This dentist is not on my dental work plan and I’m going to do my best to stay with him. I trust his expertise and amazed at the time he took to know what all was going on with my teeth. He is also very compassionate and understands where I am at life and we will fix things as I can. He is amazing!
