Rude; miserable.
For the most part, I enjoyed my case worker. In a big way. A year passes, and all of a sudden she isn't cool with me like before. Started going off on me, yelling in the phone.. like I'm retarded and don't understand a monotone voice. I think they call that 2-face?? They do what they want here anyway. I appreciate the work the employees provide. The company can use a little improvement in the responding area. This office provides great helpful information . I've always been treated with kind and respect when I visit the office. The atmosphere is Always peaceful its never crowded.
