Even though a new security system for the front and back doors was recently installed, doors are left unlatched and there is no alarm to warn of this happening. This occurs at all times of the day and night allowing non-residents to enter the building.
No comments just a codominimum
Lady on first floor apt to right of elevator (I'll leave bldg nameless but she knows who she is) likes to place elevator on hold as her way of throwing a tantrum. Other than that it's a beautiful place well maintained with a secure entrance plenty of lighting. Only drawback is the entrance to main driveway is off of ridge pike which is okay if making a right into complex, but if making a left from westbound lanes could be iffy during busy rush hours.
