Had an unknown issue with my truck. The Ford team had it towed in, began running diagnostics within a couple hours and found out what was wrong eith it by next morning. By the next afternoon they were dropping my truck off repaired and we're all courteous and friendly. Also Joe working in the service center is the best explaining everything to me and being exemplary in customer service!
I drove in very confused, but my parts are in and I waited and Travis talk to me at the service desk at the Lafayette service and he understood that I have to leave in about hour and a half and he got me in and he was something very simple and he said he will get it done. I tell you what I have always get a very best service at Lafayette Ford service or anywhere else in Lafayette Ford but today Travis got five star from me. Thank you for helping me today.
