I went in for a recall job and the service managers and technicians were very professional and friendly. Since it was a recall I wasn’t charged anything and my vehicle was turned around in a day from when the work begun. Brandon was very professional, communicative, and personable.
Friendly and respectful
Wife took her car in for a recall repair. They were fast and efficient however when my wife received her vehicle back there was a bunch of adhesive on the windshield. My wife contacted ford and brought her car back in and she was met with the adhesive was “micro fractures” from driving on gravel roads. Funny thing is my wife doesn’t take her vehicle in gravel roads and that’s a promise.
