Friendly and respectful
Wife took her car in for a recall repair. They were fast and efficient however when my wife received her vehicle back there was a bunch of adhesive on the windshield. My wife contacted ford and brought her car back in and she was met with the adhesive was “micro fractures” from driving on gravel roads. Funny thing is my wife doesn’t take her vehicle in gravel roads and that’s a promise. My car had an airbag recall. I went to the Lafayette Ford on Monday afternoon. I spoke with Brandon, he told me I could drop my car off tomorrow and that the parts were in stock. Tuesday morning I dropped my car off and spoke with Josh because Brandon was taking care of something else. I received a message around lunchtime from Brandon saying it was completed.
