I left a great review when I bought my Ford Fusion 5 months ago but my experience with service today was horrendous. For the last three days my car would not start or intermittently. Yesterday I took my car to both Midas and Walmart. The consensus was my battery and alternator were good but there was probably a parasitic drain etc. They suggested I take it to Ford Service so I has it towed there and made a 7 AM appt today. They were very helpful and went out of the way to help me with my Cmax being a first time owner of a hybrid this was very much appreciated great service. Just had the back end fixed today. Katie Burton was incredible. And the service was incredible. If have a fixing ya need to bring it here. Never had a issue. Everyone is nice and friendly. Thank you again for all your help.
Came in for a door issue and left with a lot of needed service maintenance on my 2015 Mustang. I’m sure some would say they were fishing for something for me to spend more money but I take it as they are helping me make my vehicle run longer and more efficiently. Everyone was a pleasure to speak with weather in person or via text. No complaints.
