Waited MONTHS for my appointment. Literally made appointment last year. Have been getting ear infections and fluid in both ears. Happy that my appointment was today because yet again I have fluid in both ears AGAIN. Was on my way to my appointment when I get a phone call stating the doctor has to do an emergency surgery and needs to cancel my appointment. First time in my life dealing a very rude receptionist. Im trying to clarify and she start yelling at me. Respect is a two way street. By the way.
Dr Duberstein and the associates at Lafayette ENT are top notch. I would definitely refer them to others.
Everyone in the office is friendly and helpful. Dr Wilson takes his time to answer all questions and concerns. He is very knowledgeable and quickly gets us scheduled for any testing and procedures. Very satisfied with every aspect of his care
