Lafe erroneously took my case against the University of Toledo, School of Medicine to state court instead of U.S. Federal District Court resulting in me paying 10s of Thousands of dollars and no justice due to taking this matter to the wrong court. When confronted be this error he has acted very immaturely.
Mr Tolliver is an exceptional attorney who combines the best of legal work with compassion. I couldn’t be happier with all of the legal assistance and advice he has given me. Extremely patient and a superior advocate for his clients. I wholeheartedly look forward to working with him in the future should I need an attorney. This man is horrible, from March to September this man did absolutely nothing and all of a sudden tried to strong arm me out of over $2800.00 more dollar asking me for different amounts each time for a deposition then asking me to give him money in the tune of over $2000.00 to put in HIS escrow account. Lafayette was one of the best lawyers I have ever had. He explained everything before any court date as of what to expect. He sends out court dates in the mail as reminders to his clients. He was professional the whole time and kept it real on what to expect with my DUI. I feel he did and excellent job and I would refer freinds and family to this man.
