Definitely less than 1 if I could. The place has two cottages for rental. We booked through booking.com. For the weekend we booked, the owner/manager booked four (4) parties for two units! Yikes! There was much gnashing of teeth as the owner was trying to straighten out the mess (and blaming everyone else). No apology or taking responsibility. We left and we're able to find a room elsewhere.
