If you want half rate mechanics for a dealership charge go with these clowns. They cant diagnose anything just throw parts( at your cost) at the vehicle til its fixed. Sent a cadillac in for a transmission fluid nd filter change. SISTER was told needed new transmission, after she okay it they first ordered wrong transmission, then after installing new transmission. Suddenly the issue is the transmission control module.

I’ve never had a worse service experience than I did with this service department, including with Janet, the service manager. My vehicle was in their shop five separate times for the exact same brake problem. Each time, I was told the issue was fixed, and that parts had been replaced, but the problem kept coming back immediately.
