Absolutely the worst experience I have ever had trying to get my car fixed. I would highly recommend going somewhere else unless you want to be outrageously overcharged/quoted and wait weeks for nothing to be done. Extremely poor communication and customer service.
I brought my truck in and complained of a severe oil leak(27k miles). It took them 1.5 hours to look at it and diagnose the problem that I had already suggested and refill it with 5 quarts of oil. At the moment, I'm still waiting on their return call to tell me if the parts have arrived yet(2 weeks after the initial visit). I'm not sure who to be the most disappointed with; the service department, the parts supplier, warranty department or the sales department. Lafayette gmc service is better than Lafayette Ford. Since Mike Raiser passed away and changed the name to Lafayette Ford there's services SUCKS!!!!
