Do not do business with Ferrel gas unless you like not knowing when or if you will receive propane. When we moved to our home they set up two accounts for our one propane tank. They couldn't close the second account and couldn't tell us which account to use. They will not let you fill up unless you are below 30%. Which in the winter when its 20 degrees or below for a week straight goes by extremely fast meaning you may run out of propane during the extreme cold. Ferrell Gas is terrible! We spend our winters away but I heat my workshop with $70k worth of cars stored and two winters in a row they ran me out of gas and they had more than two weeks notice of delivery request. I will be asking them to remove the tank and I will be working with another vendor.
I made an order for gas and paid for it and it hen my order was canceled without me being notified. I then requested my money back. Poor service
Ferral gas has come to the rescue more than once! What I appreciate the most about Ferral gas is that a human answers the phone when you call,, their agents actually takes notes that can be read regarding your prior calls. They give you options, they explain things to you. I am on autofill and they show up and keep my tank full and charge just a portion of what the other popular company does, for presumably the same grade propane. I called three weeks before I ran out of propane. They showed up after I had been out of fuel for a week. They should be shut down.
