Very friendly service person. I happened to be home when gas was delivered. I commended on how clean the vehicle he was driving. To me it shows that care and pride is important. It is a moving advertisement.
I switched to Ferrell gas last year and so far I've not had any problems. Satisfied with their service and filling in emergency situations when needed.
Do not do business with Ferrel gas unless you like not knowing when or if you will receive propane. When we moved to our home they set up two accounts for our one propane tank. They couldn't close the second account and couldn't tell us which account to use. They will not let you fill up unless you are below 30%. Which in the winter when its 20 degrees or below for a week straight goes by extremely fast meaning you may run out of propane during the extreme cold. Ferrell Gas is terrible! We spend our winters away but I heat my workshop with $70k worth of cars stored and two winters in a row they ran me out of gas and they had more than two weeks notice of delivery request. I will be asking them to remove the tank and I will be working with another vendor.
I made an order for gas and paid for it and it hen my order was canceled without me being notified. I then requested my money back. Poor service
