Never again. Might get the vehicle back inside of 45 my guess will be 50 days, given the trust worthiness of the previous timelines. 20mph Ice collision. 1/4 of that time was getting the estimate to insurance. Communication was far from even initiated. We discovered issues when we would call and wait on hold for an extended period of time, not called when there were issues. I lost my front bumper this morning backing out the driveway glad it was all in one piece just minor damage thanks to the Lafayette Auto Plus great customer service and for being able to get me in same day fix. My car has it smile back "front bumper " :)
