I am a widow on a fixed income so was very upset with the way this company swindled me out of money. I had a leak in one of my slides. I was told that it was the carpet wicking the water, which was causing the problem. They came out and spent 5 MINUTES supposedly fixing the problem. I paid them $150.00, and when I asked if it didn't fix the problem would they come back out and fix it right and the man said yes. The problem was not fixed. From the time that I walked in the door, I was greeted and treated like I belonged and that they actually cared about what I needed. Steve is so knowledgeable about what he does and has been in the business a long time. There was another customer that came in while I was still there and Steve had done some repair work on his RV and he also had nothing but great things to say about the shop.
