I’m having ac problems and someone referred me to these ppl. I took my car there yesterday and the guy at the front told me they wouldn’t get to it yesterday and asked was I going to leave it or asked did I want to bring it in this morning. He informed me they open a 7:30 and I told him I’ll have it here as soon as I can. He even asked the make and model of the car as if he was really interested. Not AC related: I began having transmission issues a mile from Lafayette Auto. They were the closest shop nearby so I assumed they would be able to assist. I arrived and they weren't able to help with my transmission problem. However, they provided me with anything they had on hand to help with my issue. All employees were very courteous and assisted without confrontation. Thank you, L.A..
The team at Lafayette went above and beyond to help me get the air conditioner in my truck fixed. Not only were they knowledgeable, they worked quickly to get it taken care so I could be back in my vehicle quickly. They’re honest and helpful and completely made me feel at ease about trusting them to get the job done. Lafayette’s pricing was also very reasonable and helped save me money! Thank you to Davis and everyone at Lafayette who helped me have such a positive experience!!
