They was so kind and nice to me and my gf our dog was mysteriously sick and they worked with us with the money as we are short in the time we having with corona virus she laid off and our dog KItty needed help they took her right in and gave her some donated medicines and it helped her tremendously and the staff was 1st class and nice to us and I cant say enough good things thank you!!!! YOU ARE PPL WHO MAKE A DIFFERENCE YOU CARE!! Thanks you guys rock!!!
5+ stars. Rusty was my vet for the 20+ years I was in LaFayette and took excellent care of my dogs (2 that were especially sick) and the price was always extremely fair. I overwhelmingly realize that now that I’ve left the area! Yesterday I was in need of a vet for my Multi-poo. Lexie has liver disease and the vet I chose could basically tell me nothing other than the diagnosis and then charge me an insane amount I learned most about her condition from a Google!! I have been in the past and the man vet was very friendly but not this last visit . A new vet was there . Not helpful at all when I went in for my dogs first litter . They took an x ray and checked her heart rate and it was 150$ .. I called the next day concerned because she wasn’t acting herself . “Some dogs aren’t meant to be mothers” the receptionist told me .
These people really care about animals and ive had great experience with their staff. Have been taking my dog Diesel there his whole life. ❤ 🐕
hire people who know how to talk to customers. one very rude staff. I asked a question and she came unglued on me. she even called me back after I told her she was rude and hung the phone up. she wanted to argue about my question when the problem was her attitude and tone of voice she used. Unprofessional big time.
Yes. Doc Rusty loves animals. He is the only vet. I go to.
I have used Rusty for thirty five years or more . He is an awesome vet . He really cares about your animals. I wouldn't use anyone else .
Dr. Rusty and his staff truly love the animals! He is so kind and caring. He has been my animals vet with every animal I have owned!
