I have never written a review before but I feel this time it's necessary. On February 1, 2019 at approximately 3:40 AM, my husband placed a 911 phone call because I was in a lot of pain in my abdominal and chest area and couldn't take a deep breath. I live very close to Lafayette Ambulance so I assume that is why they responded to the call. I am sad to say that I would NOT want them to respond to another 911 call. I was taken out of my house on FOOT, down my front steps and driveway, not on a stretcher, to the ambulance!!! O... read more

EMTs and Paramedics were very helpful and professional. Also I left my driver's license in the ambulance and their customer service and the ambulance team were very helpful about returning it!
