Fulton bank wonderful bank no complaints and they do wonderful job.
I am concurring with the all bad reviews regarding customer service but my experience with Fulton bank was a deeper concern involving the loan process and several personnel. Last month, I applied for Home equity line of credit, since my credit score is over 750 and I just got instant approval. All good and predictable thus far. A good bank never had any problems with them!
Terrible service. I opened up a bank account almost over two months ago and I have yet to receive my debit card. I keep asking what’s going on and when will I get it and I get a different answer every time. This branch has terrible customer service skills. I’m tired of going in and out of the bank to get cash (which I hate carrying) because of their mistakes.
