Great staff I highly recommend banking with them
Filling out a formal complaint with the Attorney General’s Office. The extent of crude misinformation, errors, mistakes and incompetence has caused my finances to deteriorate significantly. Do not bank with these people. Do not use them for any reason whatsoever specially for mortgage reasons. Fulton bank wonderful bank no complaints and they do wonderful job.
I am concurring with the all bad reviews regarding customer service but my experience with Fulton bank was a deeper concern involving the loan process and several personnel. Last month, I applied for Home equity line of credit, since my credit score is over 750 and I just got instant approval. All good and predictable thus far.
