Is my kitchen beautiful? Yes. Will I ever spend money with La Fata again? No. Like most of the reviews here, the customer service is severely lacking. The design process was easy, but we basically knew what we wanted. The person that helped us either quit or was fired after we purchased and we were never told we would have a new point of contact. Very difficult to get any answers to questions and they could of cared less that we were doing most of the work ourselves and needed specific measurements. Installers were amazing, ... read more
Totally agree with Kate's review, word for word. Four year later, same exact experience. I have to admit, products are of a high quality, but the customer service is non-existent. Had a small issue after the installation, which btw I patiently waited for 4 months, and resolving it is a nightmare. They never call you back as promised, never keep you updated on the progress. Every time you call, you speak with new person who does not know the issue, so they say they'll look into it and call you back. Then the cycle repeats. I ... read more
