Lafarge is a low-class, probable Sugar Creek city official buying, property lowering, neighborhood killer. They blast at higher levels than they should, they lie and say they'll do home inspections before and after they start - then forget to do the before and "oops it's too late." and... if you try to stop them from blasting they'll take you to court for interfering with their business operations (not sure of the actual words they used but something along those lines)
