I cannot say enough good things about this company's service from beginning to end. I ordered my dock last year for delivery this spring and but had to change the delivery date at the last minute due to unexpected surgery. No problem. Great stairs for Lake Erie shoreline
Bought a Sky pontoon at the Cottage Life show, and additional dock sections at the Kingston dealership. Dealing with the sales people was a refreshing experience. No pressure, just knowledgeable and accurate attention to detail. The delivery crew that arrived with our order were very polite and professional and double checked that all of the order was correct for us before slipping everything into to lake for us to tow to its destination.
