Great experience working with Lafantaisie Dock - from the initial contact with Tyler at the Lindsay office to the final installation. Tyler helped to design the dock ensuring all the proper components while many modifications were made based on our changing needs. The installation team were very professional and ensured that the dock was installed at the best area. They were very accommodating following a few changes we requested during the installation. Thank you Lafantasie team - we are very much enjoying our dock!
The quality of the docks are top notch and excellent priced. What makes this an exceptional experience is the care and time taken with the customer service folks, in particular Tyler. He was excellent to deal with, answered all my questions and took his time and was patience. This made this experience go over the top. We purchased a new dock from Tyler Clarkin at the cottage show this past spring. From start to finish, the entire experience was wonderful. There were a few hiccups with availability, however Tyler was quick to take accountability for the issue and offer a solution, going above and beyond for us. I can't say enough good things about this company. Excellent friendly, helpful staff. All great people from sales to installation crew. Their products are are also excellent and well made. Docks and accessories all work together any size you want. Their prices are also the best we could find anywhere. If you need a dock? This is the place and they are a Canadian company. We highly recommend this company.
Highly recommend this company! They just finished installing a rather large pole dock for us in Lake Simcoe. The installation was handled with a high level of care, and is getting lots of compliments from the neighbouring cottages. This is a very professional company to work with, and they make a great product.
