Only been training with Hakan for a couple of sessions but he seems like a top bloke and knows what he is talking about. Very patient and accommodating to people of all fitness levels. Recently quit smoking and came to train for the first time in 3+ years at 150kg with no cardio and expected to get laughed at but Hakan is very professional and aims to deliver the best outcomes for his clients. Will update when he turns me into a kickboxing monster
