This is the worst practise I have ever been.I got a job offer from them 7 weeks ago,they unable to providing training or any support, as they have not supervisor for train the new staffs. I seen how they bulling the bank staff member because after 6 hours training he has asked help , I managed well as I have had experiences, I took extra miles for them. I worked 8-6 just to help them out. They asked me to show tasks to staff who is there 25 years ago lol Admin team are rude and bossy even they same member as anyone else, gos... read more

Telling a deaf person to “phone to make an appointment” similar to telling a blind person to read this leaflet. Not the first time this has happened too. Complained the first time nothing was done, again went in to speak face to face so I can lip read, told I need to call. How difficult can it be to understand? The lack of compassion and understanding for peoples needs is appalling. I’ll just wait until am dead or dying, that’s the only time you can see a doctor apparently.

Beeing 8 in a que for over hour its a joke. Doctor helpfull but waiting time is a joke, I phoned other day and I wast move in a que for hours was waiting over 3 hour to speak with a receptionist
