If i could do zero stars I would. We were renters. The house was beautiful and the landlord was a doll but the neighbors were so weird and constantly harassing and calling the HOA because they did not want renters in this community. Things even got racist. We felt so unwelcome and targeted. I loved and took care of the home but it is difficult to live in a place where the people that live next to you treat you like trash. We paid on time and took great care whilst living in this community.Please let us call out the classism ... read more
Ladysmith village is a great place to live, however the homeowner association board is a joke! They allow anyone to park in your spots but as a homeowner when you buy your home in the contract it says you have three parking spaces. After you get in they tell you differently and let whoever park anywhere and if you park somewhere they don't like they will have you towed. The whole homeowner association board needs to be replaced rather than that it's not a bad place.

I'm trying to see if Ladysmith lake is clean, can you fish there, can you swim there, but I can't pull up ANY info about it. Very frustrating!
