Ladysmith village is a great place to live, however the homeowner association board is a joke! They allow anyone to park in your spots but as a homeowner when you buy your home in the contract it says you have three parking spaces. After you get in they tell you differently and let whoever park anywhere and if you park somewhere they don't like they will have you towed. The whole homeowner association board needs to be replaced rather than that it's not a bad place.

I'm trying to see if Ladysmith lake is clean, can you fish there, can you swim there, but I can't pull up ANY info about it. Very frustrating!
