booked my appointment 2 months in advance. only availability was christmas eve so i booked a phone call appointment for 10am. it’s now 10:30, i have to work at 11am, i still haven’t received a phone call. i cannot believe the decline of our healthcare system. 2 months for a phone call appointment and they can’t even call. pathetic
I love my nurse practitioners. I love Tracy at reception. I almost don't hate going to the doctors anymore?!
The challenging part is the phone, they only answer during business hours and not at all during lunch and it's busy. They are a busy clinic so it's difficult for people who are working or are not super time conscious. I always need to phone back. However the medical team is excellent, my doctor is fantastic and you can get x-ray's and blood work done. I think there's physio outreach. Just be sure to phone right at 8. Or is it 9. 8:30.. I don't know.
Waiting over 3 hours for a piece of to be signed is just ridiculous. How can a place be considered "professional" if they can't even do something that would take 2 minutes. Horrible place! just bull doze and rebuild to be something useful!
