Have always been treated with respect and courtesy here, even with their demanding conditions during COVID.
The practitioners here are wonderful, but the reception staff is absolutely horrendous. So rude and unprofessional
booked my appointment 2 months in advance. only availability was christmas eve so i booked a phone call appointment for 10am. it’s now 10:30, i have to work at 11am, i still haven’t received a phone call. i cannot believe the decline of our healthcare system. 2 months for a phone call appointment and they can’t even call. pathetic
I love my nurse practitioners. I love Tracy at reception. I almost don't hate going to the doctors anymore?!
