My Invisalign treatment has been lengthy and expensive, but what really upset me was the lack of transparency and follow-through. When I was initially quoted, no one mentioned that a retainer would cost an additional $500 at the end. I was caught completely off guard right before going on vacation and was visibly upset. The response I received lacked empathy, and I was simply told to keep wearing my last tray if I couldn’t afford it. Dr Hagar and Dr E. There are way too many negative reviews to warrant the 5 star reviews that were written with an incentive. In fact, the service is so bad, in the exam rooms they have signs asking for a good review. The positive reviews were written by those that want to be recognized for writing them…”look at me”. This business has a long standing history of BAD REVIEWS.
