I WILL DEFINITELY BE COMING BACK FOR ALL MY DENTAL NEEDS!!! This is the first time I have ever had a root canal and compared to my last dentist experience elsewhere, this was an absolute breeze. I definitely recommend this team from the front desk up to the dentist, everyone was VERY professional!
If i could give 1 star I would. Bout ready to sue them. How do I get a root canal done, spend an hour and some change in there and they never finished. 2nd they purposely were digging into the gums of my significant other even when she said they were hurting her they still went at her gums but harder. Very unprofessional and I've heard from 3 others how poorly they operate. A friend of hers got a cap put onto a cavity and didn't have it cleaned or anything else. Doctor Elgazzar is cocky, rude, and doesn't care. He is treating teeth not people. When I asked him to give me a second because he hurt me he got annoyed. He then said I was to anxious and needed sedation. I'm in my 40s and have never had to have sedation at a dentist including during root canal.
Great people, Dr Hagar and team are empathetic, friendly, understanding. As an anxiety riddled patient, they couldn't have made it any more easy. -Jim Fournier
