Friendly staff doing their best. Get there early and you'll only wait about an hour to get help. Could you please turn the heat down though people?? You walk in and the place is like a sauna. I checked my ambient temp app and it was literally 78 F April 1st. That's too warm. I felt like I was going to faint after standing in line in the heat with people all around me. Turn the heat down please!
I went to ask that the specialist is going to see me can see my file on the system and I was told that they don’t a system either the information. We are in 2025.
Came in for a kidney stone and other related issues. Very friendly staff and accommodating. Although my Ultrasound had to be postponed, I got a clear option. That's how BC's clinics should work.
