I walked into Ladysmith Auto Parks hoping for professional services, but instead, I was completely ignored. No greeting, no acknowledgment just 3 people at the counter talking among each other. I stood there feeling invincible, and the lack of basic common courtesy made me feel deeply disrespected whether intentionally or not, the experience felt racially charged and that’s not something I say lightly even if it wasn’t the way I was treated left me feeling like I didn’t belong. They sell defective batteries here, then give you a defective replacement...over and over...no refund, nothing..
