Dr. Mersberger is an excellent doctor, but the staff is causing me to go elsewhere. Here's a most recent example (of many examples) of why I am leaving and do not recommend this medical group...it's a bit long, but explains my frustration: I injured my foot almost 2 weeks ago while visiting family in Atlanta. I can’t say enough good things about this practice. Dr. Mersberger was excellent although I do miss Allison and Pam. Maria is an excellent she has always been so kind and patient with me even when I probably deserved to be told to hush.
I've worked for a lot of doctors, been a patient to many more and they've all paled in comparison to Pam. She's truly the most caring doctor I've ever known. She loves her patients, loves her babies...that woman is truly the dictionary definition of a good person. I've never left that office feeling judged, only like I've just left my best friends house. Love Dr Edwards!!! She takes good care of me every time!! Liked the intern as well! Good care without the weeks of wait!!
Dr. Edwards is fantastic! She takes her time and really listens and talks with you. She is very warm and friendly, as is her staff. So happy we found her!
