The unit itself is very clean and tidy. Had an issue with the front entry door as it would not accept the 10-digit code we were supposed to enter, so after about 15 minutes of standing outside, Vacasa gave us the combo to the regular lockbox that had a key in it. The complex definitely shows its age, and there are quite a few vacant units and the property grounds are not very well maintained, except for around the pool and hot tub.
