medical staff as always are lovely and friendly.
I haven’t used my GP for sometime and was overwhelmed with a speedy and very helpful and polite customer service. I put my request in for a sick note and had return telephone call within hours. This is the future and it works well in my opinion.
I would like to take a moment to show my appreciation for Aneka on reception. At a previous practice I was at I had awful experiences with the reception team, they were so rude and dismissive during a time where I was highly vulnerable and unwell. This has led to me developing a strong anxiety when visiting a GP practice. While I was sat in the waiting area, silently stressing, a lady came in who was clearly distressed and in pain.
