The people working were extremely rude and unprofessional. They didn’t care about giving good customer service. I ordered a box accidentally wrong because they said to just tell them which flavors I wanted. So I just chose a pack and they wouldn’t let me pick which flavors I actually wanted. Even though they’re the exact same price. They were very rude and unclear about it. They were not understanding even though it would be the same price since I’m getting the same number of macarons. Will not get macarons from there again.
TLDR: They sell customizable gift sets! Hold on to your macarons once bagged--there are sneaky people! Read to the end, it's worth it. Neat little shop. Expect somewhat of a line. There is a parking lot nearby but next to the shop itself is street parking. Tip: grab some macarons and eat at the marina! Service: order and pay at the counter. I love Lady Yum! They are seriously the best macaroons I’ve ever had! It always lovely to pop in the store or grab and go from the airport for a gift too! I can’t stop coming back! My top flavors are Sugar cookie, honey lavender, and the shindig!
