Love Lady Victoria! A trip to OBX would never be complete without a trip to see Billie and her ladies! They are the BEST! There is something for everyone! Age and size does not matter. Billie is so talented at doing what she does and I always leave feeling "loved". I may have to come back down for spring...waiting until next August is just too long! Love to all!
