Lovely
Took the Lady Express up Lake Chelan to Stehekin. Did the one hour Rainbow Falls tour and then returned on the same boat. Enjoyable ride. Interesting with the smoke from the wildfires. Beautiful scenery. Captain provided information on the way up.
Paid for the high speed ferry and received confirmation we would be on that boat. No one communicated with us that they decided to switch us to a slower boat. Additionally their web links all state a discount when staying at our hotel which they did not honor. We also rented bikes from them (same umbrella company ownership) and they refused to make things right. Very poor communication and professionalism.
