Everyone involved with the boat was friendly and nice . This is important because it is far from normal these days . And I appreciate it so much . The captain would tell about the lake and the different stops and places along the way. In the morning I was directed to a shady spot to park my motorcycle. It is a very nice and enjoyable experience. And this also goes for the people at the bicycle rental. I think it is the same people? Excellent customer service, you are treated like a person not like a problem. Thank You
My wife and I decided to take the cruise to Steheken for her birthday. Glad we did! The boat was an older vessel, but was well maintained and very clean. Hailey was the customer facing deckhand and was extremely friendly and helpful. She asked us and several other passengers if we a tour planned. We told her we were freelancing and had no plans. She gave us several suggestions for things to do. Unfortunately the big flood in December 2025 took out the Steheken water treatment plant, which pretty much shut what businesses are... read more
