On holidays here when I fell in the forest, I went in to get checked. I was only in the waiting room for one hour. They came and took x-rays of my elbow, which I did fracture set me up with a sling gave me some pain, meds and a referral to my doctor. I was out of there in under 2 1/2 hours fantastic service very kind people.

Unbelievably slow. It's probably short staffed but 4.5hrs later, i was called in, now at 6hrs im waiting for an x-ray 😴

As a non Canada wanting to see a doctor for a brief consultation for a non urgent matter, they want you to charge for $990. This is a total ripoff but the admin said never mind you can claim from insurance There can be no justification for charges like this.

Quickest emerg visit I’ve ever experienced. Got a few stitches and was impressed by the care I received. Doc Boucher explained everything well and offered me options and asked for consent throughout the entire process.
