I rarely leave reviews, but this establishment left me very disappointed. While the staff are friendly, both of my visits had serious issues. Most concerning was being charged an extra $30 for a service I never consented to. Lady Ming mentioned using a “wand” during my facial, which I assumed was just part of the treatment, only to later find it added as a fee. I felt scammed. Absolutely amazing had taken very good care of me and made accommodations for my son it was absolutely a good peaceful accommodating of all needs very thoughtful very compassionate I could go on but let me just say thank you

I came to this spa hoping for a relaxing experience, but unfortunately, it ended up being one of the most uncomfortable and stressful visits I've ever had.
