I've been working as a nanny for the same family that Lady works for 6 years. I can guarantee you, she is an excellent professional. A very nice thing about her work is that every time I come home with the kids and we find the house clean, tidy and fragrant they say: Lady had been here! Another thing is that, if we are home when she arrives, before she starts her work, she negotiates with us the best strategy so we can be comfortable while she's cleaning the house.
