Very disappointing experience indeed. I purchased 4 piece of cakes from lady m yesterday i n woodbury outlet market hall in new jersey. Surprisingly, The server used her hand to pick the cake onto the plate. The shape of the cake has been deformed and it totally killed the image of lady m cake. I hope management should take a look at why the server used her hand to pick the cake in front of serving customer. Lady m cake is well prestigeous for its great taste and wonderful outlook. What a horrific expereience indeed!
We spent an hour driving just to get a cake, only to find out they closed early. The place was completely empty by 6 PM.
