I love to enjoy the lady M cake in the Woodbury shopping mall after all the walking from shopping. Normally you cannot get Lady M unless you go to New York City. It’s such a nice surprise to see it in the Woodbury shopping mall. There are a lot of choices of cakes. I love the original, pistachio, mocha, and Earl Grey Tea favors.
Terrible workers, closing before closing time; was denied service
We're trying to get this cake for special occasions and we drove over 2 hours to that location where we were told that basically just about everything we wanted was not in stock and we're talking eight different flavors. When we finally found one not to leave it empty-handed it was already out of the fridge and in the display window and the person would not honor the price of a full cake. If you are at Woodbury Commons and looking for a premium dessert stop, Lady M is a strong option: well-executed cakes, good variety, nice service. However, if your priority is a relaxed sit-down café ambiance or budget-friendly treats, this might feel a little less ideal given location and pricing.
