The staff here were extremely rude, especially one girl who appeared to be Indian. We felt disrespected and unfairly treated, as it seemed like customers were treated differently based on race. As Asians, we experienced poor service, while white customers around us appeared to receive much warmer treatment. Although the cakes are good, there are plenty of bakeries nowadays that offer both delicious desserts and excellent customer service. Great cakes but too EXPENSIVE
I really like Lady M cakes, but this experience was disappointing. They closed dine-in and said they were understaffed, but with two people working, it honestly came across as laziness rather than lack of staff. It felt very unaccommodating, and that really ruined the experience for me. Because of that, I won’t be going back.
