This is my first time trying lady M's cake, I was very excited, I bought the Dubai chocolate cake, $15 per slice, I think the price is very expensive. But the price is not the problem, the taste is too bad, it feels like it was made a few days ago, frozen for a long time, not fresh, the pistachio pieces are completely frozen! I will never try again.
I was excited to try Lady M at Valley Fair, but I have to say the experience was underwhelming. The price for a single slice of cake was $12, which felt steep—especially since none of the prices were listed anywhere. The cake was fine—light and mildly sweet—but nothing life-changing or particularly memorable. For that price, I expected something much more special. Beautiful presentation, but overall not worth the hype or the cost.
Cake is delicious as ever. But this places used to have sit down service and now you don’t even get tea in a tea pot. Even if you sit down you get cake in a cardboard box, unlike other Lady Ms, quite disappointing sit down experience.
