We placed an online order and paid for the cake. The store ran out of the cake but would not cancel our order. They only offered to give us a different flavor which we didn’t want. We are left to deal with the ordering service ourselves to get the refund. Such a hassle for us as a result of their incompetency.
This was my first time at a lady M heard a lot of good things. Cakes are delicious as many mention. Tried a few different slices pistachio, coconut, passionfruit, and Ube, but really I was surprised by the customer service. The lady that helped us Thursday around noon (9/25)Was super friendly and helpful. She was patient as we tried to decide on the many choices.
