I ordered 4 days ago, they reminder by mail to pick up at 02/06/26. Store open 10am, but today 02/06 when i get there at 10.08am store still closed. I tried to call and chat, they just said unexpected last minute decide store open at 11am without any information to customer, reasons is no cake ready. But at the end they offered to free delivery , im ok with that, thank you. But Please next time always update customer no matter how busy your are, its take 1 hours for me by train to get there.

The cake tasted way worse than the last time I had gotten a slice here. Bought a few slices with friends and they all remarked that the cake was tasteless and made our stomachs upset. I don’t know if they use some new artificial flavors and sugar that has chemicals? Also the person who rang us up gave us snarky looks and an acted rude. When I said thank you, the person actually yawned instead of a reply. Weird behavior, never coming here again.

Delicato. È la parola giusta per lo staff, per le torte e per l'ambiente. È tutto così "soft" . Buonissima la torta tiramisù con i suoi 1000 strati e l'altra che purtroppo non ricordo come si chiama...checkers?

I ordered online for pickup. We unfortunately received one part of a part order completely wrong. I imagine it was mixed in someone else's order. For the most part, the rest of the order was correct. I am starting to wonder about the lack of consistency during holidays.

너무 비싼데 그만큼의 품질은 모르겠어요, 직원은 친절하지도 불친절하지도 않았고, 케이크는 두바이 피스타치오 15달러 시그니처 크레이프 11.5달러 였는데 그냥 케이크 치고 너무 비싸기만 합니다 ㅎㅎ 테이크아웃 전문점이에요
