Stopped by to pick up some cake slices for a birthday celebration. As usual, staff working at WTC always seem to be the unhappiest employees. No smiles, no greetings, just basically ask what you want, ring you up and that's it. If you ask for anything more such as can I take a look at the cake before you close the box, you get a dirty look. Love your products and will continue purchasing, but please work on training your staff at WTC to be a little happier and provide better customer service.
I had a delightful visit at Lady M Cake Boutique. The mille crêpes cake was incredibly light, delicate, and perfectly layered with just the right sweetness. The presentation is beautiful, and the overall experience feels a bit indulgent in the best way. It’s a great spot for dessert or a refined afternoon treat.
Came to Lady M just to “look”… left with cake. Zero regrets. 😂 The customer service was amazing. The staff was super friendly and patient while I stood there pretending I knew which cake I wanted, when in reality I wanted ALL of them. They were helpful, welcoming, and made the whole experience really enjoyable. The cake? Dangerous. One slice turned into two real quick. Fresh, beautiful, and ridiculously good. 10/10 customer service. 10/10 cake. 0/10 for my self-control. Definitely coming back… probably sooner than I should
