I ordered Lady M cakes for a company event and everything was just perfect. The cakes were so divine and delicious. Everyone loved the cakes. The staff was great with all of my needs. The customer service is 5 stars just like their cake. Anytime I want to make an impression, it's Lady M, 100%.
It's my first time trying ladym cakes so I wasn't to sure whether to get a whole cake or slices for a bbq. I am so glad I had two female workers there that guided me and helped me pleasantly ☺️ I ended up leaving with 12 silces and they put it together as a whole cake it looked amazing. Unfortunately forgot to take some pictures was more eager to try them.
Showed up at 1:46 PM and waited 15 minutes for a staff member to return, only to be told she wouldn't help us because she was 'on lunch.' I just wanted to buy a cake, but the employee was very rude and told us to come back at 3:00 PM. It’s disappointing to be turned away so rudely when we were ready to make a purchase. I have no issues with the cakes they are delicious but please train your staff properly so people who are also on their lunch breaks that come to purchase a cake won't be rudely turned away. Went to the Lady M at WTC around 2 PM to buy a whole birthday cake. When we arrived, there was just a sign saying “will be right back shortly.” We waited about 15 minutes, and when an employee finally came back, a lady wearing glasses told us she was now going on her lunch break and asked us to come back at 3 PM. Lady M for crepe lovers!! I love that each month they have a new flavor! Can’t go wrong with a crepe cake! This location is a hole in the wall! Hard to find, but once you do, you will always stop by for another piece! It’s a hot spot for downtown commuters! No tables to seat at. However you can grab your cake and eat it outside in the park or grab & go!
