Absolutely awful. This is for the entirety of Lady M. I ordered a whole cake for my mother's birthday. It arrived late, and customer service was a nightmare. They lied to me about why It was late and it was incredibly difficult to get in touch with them both by phone and by email. As this was a time sensitive order, I'd assume they would have some urgency but they didn't. The flavors on these cakes are distinctive and mild. We ordered the pistachio and orange ones and I loved the delicate pistachio flavor over the orange one! A bit on the expensive side- one slice for over 10$. Recommend for a lovely treat!
I got four different cakes. It was around 8pm and they close at 9pm. I sat down to eat one of the cake, the waiter came to me and said I can’t eat the cake if I’m not eating in. He said it’s one of there rules. I’ve never heard of this before and never happened to me anywhere else. It was very disrespectful and rude. If I paid for the cakes I should be able to eat it inside as well especially if there are empty tables.
