The cakes are good if you can find one. Always sold out… The servers seem sad - feel like they are getting less than minimum wage. Please pay them fairly so they aren’t so sad.

If i can give 0, i will give 0 star I place an order 5 days in advance for my family birthday. Only to get this dissapointed! The store close one hour early wothout say anything???? They say close at 7pm, but today they close at 6pm! So what would i do with the cake? My family birthday is today! And the best they can do is say "you can pick up tomorrow" ???? Without say sorry and no soulution at all? I will never order from lady m again!
The desserts are nice, but the service was disappointing. I was the only customer, yet after I paid, the cashier didn’t say thank you or goodbye — just turned away. A simple gesture of politeness would make a big difference.
