Lady M cakes are truly the best of the best—always fresh, delicate, and absolutely delicious. Every visit is a treat, and their signature Mille Crêpes cake never disappoints! However, the customer service could use some improvement. On multiple occasions, I’ve found myself waiting without being acknowledged, as staff members seemed unaware of customers entering. Lady M at Mitsuwa used to be my go-to place for special occasion cake options. The most recent experience was disappointing. They barely had any full cakes available—just a few slices left, which felt underwhelming. What’s even worse, the staff’s attitude was terrible, like we owed them money. Definitely not the experience I was expecting.

The crepe cake was moist, flavorful, and cresh. I ordered the 6" matcha cake for a party and it had a good balance of creaminess and sweetness from the cream.
