said close on 8pm on Sunday, we arrive at 7:20Pm and they closed already. We came all the way from Chino for nothing. Very disappointed!

I placed an order for a birthday cake via HungryPanda, received confirmation, and drove to Lady M to pick it up—only to be told the cake was **sold out** with no prior notice! No alternative options, no proper apology This is completely unacceptable. If you confirm an order, **honor it or compensate the customer properly**. Lady M’s service is unreliable, and they clearly **don’t care about their customers**. Avoid this place if you actually want a bakery that respects your time and fulfills its promises!
I got a matcha latte here while waiting in line for Din Tai Fung. It was okay and not the best matcha latte I’ve ever had. There are some tables and chairs in front of the store that you can sit and drink at.
The cakes are really delicious. The service is terrible for the price of a cake. Closed table sitting area 3hrs before closing time and told customers to eat the cake somewhere else!
