Best Mille crepe cakes ever. The cakes are so soft, decadent, and delicious. Perfect amount of sweetness, absolutely just melts in your mouth, so heavenly. They come with a bag of ice to keep the cake cool, and the to go bag is reusable too. On the pricier side but definitely worth the price, multiple times better than other cakes.
Went in last Sunday evening, first time there, I’m over from the UK place looked well fancy Asian lad behind the counter. Built like a tank, sharp trim - name’s Bronson. Visited Lady M two days ago on Thursday afternoon and had one of the most unpleasant customer service experiences I have ever had. A staff member who appeared to be Chinese, in her twenties and not very tall, was extremely rude when we asked about seating in the front. I have always admired Lady M for its cakes and presentation but my recent visit on Thursday afternoon was very disappointing and I saw the other folks in recent reviews agree. We bought several cakes and wanted to use the front tables. Her laziness came with excuses stating something about company policy. The Asian worker was stone cold and as curt as can be. This is about the quality of service rather than the cakes. Disappointed with the cashier (I believe her name is Stephanie). I ordered 3 pieces of sliced cakes and I asked if I can have their disposable cake knife (I also offered to pay). Straight up no, period. No added customer service. Wish the person who prepared my sliced cakes was the one to check me out at the cashier. I never had this experience in Lady M located in NYC. Fully disappointed with the experience they provide here.
