I walked in, wanted to order a slice of cake to eat there. But the person I talked with in the store was not sure nice. I asked her could you open the outside dining area. She said we will when we have more customers. I really don’t want to play pregnancy card but walking to the store from parking lot, eating there also taking a break is really what I wanted at that moment. So I had to order couple slices to go. Always love lady M cake but never ran into such unpleasant experience.
I had a very unpleasant experience at Lady M today. When I first entered the store, Michelle was busy helping another group of customers. Daisy was in the back doing something, but she neither greeted me nor welcomed me, nor did she come over to offer service. Lady M (est 2001) is a luxurious and classy dessert bakery store inside a mall. It is most famous for the creation of Signature Mille Crêpes. It blends French pastry techniques with Japanese sensibilities, resulting in fine thin cakes that are a touch sweet and perfect for every occasion. Why serve your customers with bad attitudes? My family and I were extremely excited to get our favorite cake from Lady M tonight until we were treated with bad customer service. Will not go back until management addresses this issue. High end cake with worst customer service is unacceptable! Also your store closed out the dinning area so we can’t even eat there. What is going on with the shop???
