If I could give zero stars I would. Paid £236 for x2 wefts and 25 nanos and they are shocking. This was the state of them after 1 week after fitting and 1 wash. Now ignoring my emails. DO NOT buy hair from them!
Absolutely horrible hair I’ve tried to communicate as was told I’d be getting sent new hair to replace , I payed £340 for 24inch mini nano tip to not even last 2 month , it’s definitely not my doing as I use all the right products from salon and never use heat on my hair it was properly looked after then told by one of the people from here that they reccomend it only lasts 3 month well if that was the case I wouldn’t of payed that much for it to last that much of a short time , I’ve had cheaper hair that’s lasted longer than... read more

Excellent service! I needed my nano hair extensions retipped on a really tight timescale to get back to me by my refit date. On the day Lady Locks received them they were all done the same day and were back in the post to me by 5pm. I really couldn't have asked for more to be honest. The retipping itself has been done to a great standard aswell . I'll definitely be using again soon, thanks so much
Over the moon with the re-tipping service, sent off a few of my worn mini tips to Urban Creative/Lady Locks on Monday and they were ready to collect on Tuesday! I have never used a retipping service before as I usually just buy new extensions each time but will absolutely be using them again, it’s saved a small fortune! Thankyou so much, can’t recommend enough :) x
