Waited over an hour for an appointment. We arrived early and still had to wait over and hour from the start of the appointment time. It would be best to go anywhere else.

Will not be coming back. Had an appointment at 9am with whomever was available. Me and one other gentlemen only. He was taken to his seat right away by the one stylist. The only other stylist (who I assumed would be cutting my hair) came out and said hi, telling us she was hoping she would make more money today.
