Second time going to this location. Second time I was told they were closing early and had nobody to cut my hair. I could understand if this was in a short period but these two times were roughly a year apart. Been going to the one on the other side of town for a couple years now but both locations are a mess these days. Time to find some place that actually has the staff to do the job.

These employees are LOST IN SPACE! I watched 8 people come in and out of here while I was waiting, two of the people they booked appointments for while I was sitting in the waiting room as a walk-in, and they were taken before me. What a total joke

They said they were “booked” when I went to get a walk-in haircut, didn’t need much was just going on a date. I walked in and there were no customers, when I talked to the lady at the front desk she told me they didn’t have any availability. I tried to explain I just needed a little trim, but still she said they couldn’t take me. I would understand but there was not one customer in there, and I probably would've understood the truth more.
