They said they were “booked” when I went to get a walk-in haircut, didn’t need much was just going on a date. I walked in and there were no customers, when I talked to the lady at the front desk she told me they didn’t have any availability. I tried to explain I just needed a little trim, but still she said they couldn’t take me. I would understand but there was not one customer in there, and I probably would've understood the truth more.
Signed in at the front desk, nobody was there to greet me. Not one worker in sight the entire 30 minutes I waited. If you are not going to provide service then at least put up a closed sign.
Waited over an hour for an appointment. We arrived early and still had to wait over and hour from the start of the appointment time. It would be best to go anywhere else.
