I came in on my lunch break. My hair takes 5-10 minutes max. I told her a 2 on the sides and a little off the top. We'll she didn't catch the "little off the top" because she took a 2 to my whole head. At first I thought I could just roll with it... it will grow back, but then she proceeded to trim for another half hour. As I sat there I became more and more frustrated. Husband went to get his hair cut waited for them to open got there just to be told sorry we are closed today all while lights are on with their sign on. Not a good way to run a business. Will not be going back.
