Made an appointment just to show up and wait a half an hour with no human engagement what so ever. No one at the front desk just a sign in computer. If I make an appointment I don’t mind waiting but if I wait a half an hour and nobody checks in or anything shame on you. Would’ve made a complaint in person if There was anyone there to help me.
Khadija was absolutely amazing never had such a great experience at a hair salon! I give her five stars only because that’s the limit. Otherwise I would give her more she went above and beyond to provide good service. I will be coming back time and time again. I fully suggest any man or woman to come here, especially if you get a haircut from khadija!
I just left lady Jane’s and the lady that was working there absolutely messed my hair up. Edited- I am editing it changing my review from 1 star to 4 star because they did reach out to me and tried to fix or make the situation right which was much appreciated. The Manager and Kelsey were very welcoming and sympathetic about the whole situation. I will definitely be back to get a haircut from there and Kelsey once it grows out enough which may take a bit. Great atmosphere and an awesome team of girls! The haircut comes with a wash included, which is such a nice touch. They offer so many additional services too. They did an amazing job on my husband’s haircut and beard — perfect fade! Also did great with my youngest’s simple haircut. Highly recommend!
