Kalen is so friendly and brings all the energy to class!! All aged - all sizes - all experience levels - the coordinated and the uncoordinated are welcome!! My daughter and I have so much fun going to cardio dance classes!

I've been going to Lady Fit Studio for over a year now. I have never stuck with working out on a regular basis until I met Kalen. Her classes are so much fun and the girls are all so nice! I recommend Lady Fit to all my girlfriends. Once you go, you'll be hooked! Kalen's energy is contagious, and she empowers you to love yourself. If you can't make it to class in person, she also offers virtual classes!
Best place to go for a women only workout where everyone feels welcomed and happy.
