I've been going to Lady Fit Studio for over a year now. I have never stuck with working out on a regular basis until I met Kalen. Her classes are so much fun and the girls are all so nice! I recommend Lady Fit to all my girlfriends. Once you go, you'll be hooked! Kalen's energy is contagious, and she empowers you to love yourself. If you can't make it to class in person, she also offers virtual classes!
Best place to go for a women only workout where everyone feels welcomed and happy.
Lady Fit Studio is absolutely amazing! Kalen (the trainer) is always so welcoming no matter what or who you are and so are all of the other girls at the studio. I have never felt more at ease and at "home" in any other place. It truly is judgement free here. Also, the workouts are KILLER (but so fun!) So, get ready to push yourself and S-W-E-A-T!!!
