My girlfriend and I called to see about engraving two glass flutes for our pregnancy announcement. We saw she was close by and she guaranteed quick work. The whole process took about 10 to 15 minutes. It wasn’t until after I paid, and I took a closer look at them, that the quality of work was lacking. The font lettering is not even and it was filled in with some type of marker. Some of the lettering is faint and already fading. Don’t recommend.

Rita was very nice, friendly and professional. She did an awesome job on the champagne flutes for the Court of Honor in my goddaughter’s sweet 16 celebration.
