Diana is very thorough with her work ! We have been doing taxes with her since 2017 . She is always responsive, professional , and flexible with her times . Highly recommend her services!
If you’re unsure about taxes and where you can save money, Diana is the lady! She made sure I left her office educated on my tax situation and the burden was off my shoulders. I would recommend to ANYONE!!
Helped out with our taxes better than the three previous places my husband and I have tried. Then as I was sitting in there talking about things in life she helped me with my father’s insurance that had nothing to do with taxes. I was in a really bad spot and couldn’t find answers she has no idea what an angel she was to me but I will recommend her to everyone.
She filed the wrong tax return form for us in 2022 and we still had to pay double for her to fix them! And they are still wrong. We have to pay someone else to do it right.
She could not figure out that my disability retirement from the state of California is NON TAXABLE. It is non taxable forever, I went to 3 other tax people, I went to the IRS itself, I showed her my retirement statement from the state of ca, THat says I get industrial disabilty retirement and it is totally tax exempt....but...because she couldn't figure it out on her computer...she told me to tell the STATE OF CA TO FIX EVERY SINGLE PERSONS RETIREMENT STATEMENT BECAUSE SHE IS RIGHT....
